Our Getting Started Clinics happen on Mondays, starting April 17, 2023 – 5:30pm – 6:30pm.

Location: Pioneer Park (3rd street west side, near bathrooms)

There is no charge for the Getting Started Clinics. Whether you walk or run, come join us in “Getting Started” to get in shape for Race Day. Just show up.

No dogs allowed.

Check out the start times and important guidelines below:

🏁 Start Times:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5 Mile - 8:00 am
2 Mile - 9:00 am
📍 Start Location: Join us at 2nd Avenue North between N. 24th St. and N. 25th St. This is where the excitement begins!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
📌 Important Reminders:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Pin your bib number on the FRONT of your clothes to ensure you're properly identified for the race. Remember, the timing "chip" is attached to the back of the bib number, so keep it visible!
The 5 Mile Start: Fastest runners, make your way to the front. Strollers, children, and walkers should line up in the designated area on N. 26th St. for everyone's safety.

For the 2 Mile Start: There will be two corrals. Corral #1 is for those finishing the race in 20 minutes or less. All others should line up in Corral #2, west of N. 25th Street. Stay on the sidewalks or side streets until all 5-Milers have passed.

Safety first: Bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, smoking, pets, and headphones are NOT allowed on the course. Let's ensure everyone's well-being during this amazing event.
