The downtown St. Patrick’s day celebration includes a St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Celtic Fair Street Party that all takes place the Saturday nearest St. Patrick’s Day. The St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Celtic Fair presented by Downtown Billings Alliance & Hooligans Sports Bar has been a tradition in the Billings community for 40 years.
